As per discussions with Rainier at SHOT Show and as things move forward with working with Rainier in 2016 - we will be providing all of Rainier's service and replacement parts for them in Canada.

As of Q2 2016 Rainiers' warranty will be our warranty.

If tooling marks affect the overall performance of the UltraMatch barrel we will exchange it.

Nope - got pushed a week. One of the scopes was discontinued and we had to pick an alternative.

How do you provide replacement parts for their products when my 2 barrels that have been in stock ever since I placed the order 6 months ago have still not been shipped to me???

One can't help but get completely pissed off with this level of customer service at this point.
