Ramline Ruger...Worth it?

I wouldnt go ramline either , steel lips mags from butler creek are really good, and as far as stocks go you can get something way cooler , i just got a tapco t-6 stock and a promag 50 round drum , the stock is awsome and the drum its ok , jams a bit but still pretty cool! Check them out , but you have to order them out of the states so it takes about a month to get here! I have the names of the places that will ship these things to canada if you are interested!

If you want a sporter stock, I would recommend the Hogue Overmolded stock. If you want a "tactical" style one, as the others have recommended, I really like my Tapco T6. Good luck! The bipod and two mags in that kit look useless anyway...might as well pick up a decent stock for the same money.

Yeah, agreed...

But most factory stocks are injection molded, only thier "top end" rifles get the better synthetics:)

That depends.....Savage uses cheap ass molded plastic, likely ramline...Remington use to use HS precision, now they have Butler Creek which is a big step down. Winchester use to have HS precision as well, and have also adopted BC and other cheap ass stocks.
The only one that is comparable to ramline is the cheap Savage crap ones....:)

My opinion based on what I bought for my 10/22... U get a synthetic stock, a bi-pod and 2 10 round mags... k. I already got a synthetic stock w/my 10/22... the 10 round mags are useless considering u can get 1 25 round steel lip for $35 and have a totally capacity of 35 vs 30 with the kit and u get a bi-pod that clips to the barrel? I guess the mag release is good... but get a couple steel-lips and youll be stoked! A clip-on bi-pod like that one is cheap too.

i would not put a clip on barrel bipod on, lots of bad reviews... i dont have any first hand experience with it, just read into a product and read some reviews before deciding.

Cheers

I bought 2 ramline 50 rds. mags and both were garbage. Went back and exchanged them for 2-25 rds Butler Creek steel lips and haven't been happier. Stay clear of ramline, imho...

I use a Ramline 25 rounds mag and haven't had any problems. I originally bought a Butler Creek Hot Lips, and it wouldn't feed. Brought back, bought the Ramline. No worries.
