All were drop-in fits........
All are camo paintable ,so they all are.......
People either like em or hate them..
It rains alot here and I put them on anything I hunt with.......leave the wood stocked rifles for nicer days....

That looks nice. What would an outfit like that weigh?NAA said:I'm another +1 for Ramline Stocks...
Have had a few over the years. [Win 70 long action, Rem 700 long action BDL and long action ADL...] The older ones were better when they came from the factory with a Pachmayr decellerator recoil pad installed. Currently, have one on a Rem 788 carbine in 7mm-08. It's been on it for at least 10 years with no issues. Action dropped right in without any further fitting. Barrel is floated in the channel. Rifle is uncannily accurate just as is so I haven't changed a thing. For me they've always turned out to be good value for the money.

I tried some low expanding foam on the inside of the stock to get rid of the hollow sound. It helped a little.but I find them very noisy if you walk through the trees and they rub the branches.
