Ramshot "magnum" in 7mm rem mag

Does any one have a load using this powder with 160 gr accu-bonds, Ive found some data on the web site but with 162gr. hrndy. Been using rl-22, figured to give this a try, besides I found 2lbs cheap.How does this powder meter, and is it temp sensitive? I know some say rl-22 is temp sensitive I haven't had any trouble though. Any opinoins would be much olbliged.

Just use the 162 gr bullet data, and start with the lowest charge load listed. RL22 is temperature sensitive, but unless your outside hunting when it's -40 and +30, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. I generally test my hunting loads for velocity and accuracy in cold weather anyway, because that's when 90% of my big game hunting is done. - dan

yeah thats where i was going to start, I'm surprised that there is not that much info or people using this powder.

In my 264,it's slower than RL-25. A good powder,temp insensitive,clean burning and behaves well.A 264 will bring out the worst in powders.
