I noticed them in the WS catalogue also. And am also curious as to how they perform.

Ramshot powders are very good. Clean burning, good temp stabilty, easy loading. They are all ball powders made my PB Clermont of Belgium.

Of all the powders I tried for my 264,only Magpro came the closest,and even then it was a ways back of Magnum.

The current edition of Handloader magazine has eight pages of info on Ramshot powder. There's some general evaluation and quite a bit of load data etc. Dec. 2005, number 238.
If anybody wants data for a specific cartridge e-mail me and I'll see what I can do.

got a pound of X-Terminator for my 223, as well as a pound of BigGame, for 260 & 30-06

when I get some torched off downrange I will post up my results

I was looking at their website for some .45-70 powders, and they only recommend the X-Terminator in that round... it seems like an odd choice to me. Strange.

I got to the range to try Ex-Terminator for the first time

m700 LVSF 223 Rem

50 gr. Hornady SXSP
25.0 grs. Ramshot Ex-Terminator
BHA Match case
WSR primer
~
3084 fps avg, 1.00" 5 shot group @ 100 yards


it shows some promise, I'm going to load some more up and work my way up to my goal speed of 3400 fps and see how group size changes.

I've taken a look at their online reloading data, and all I can say is... wow... 938 FPS in 45ACP with only 15000CUP of pressure using Enforcer powder... This is is so good that I am wondering if they tested that in a pistol lenght barrel or in a carbine lenght barrel...

*Edit : Damn, they attained those velocities in a 4 INCHES barrel!*
