Beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon at the range. I was going to try my hand at trap for the very first time. But, no one showed up :-( . So, I shot a little .17HMR. While not the best I've ever shot, the camaraderie of shooting sports enthusiasts like myself meant, it didn't really matter. Lots of friendly people to talk to.

Here's the rifle...

Oh well....there's always next trip!!

Had a good day at the range today myself. Took a Savage MKII BSEV and my trusty NS-522 and had a ball. Temp was five degrees short of 100 (F) at 11:00 in the morning, so I had the place to myself. Nothing like a relaxing day shooting rimfire rifles without some dolt shooting his short-barrelled, muzzle-braked AR-15 in the next lane over.

How does the old adage go?
A bad day at the range is better than a good day at werk?

Set up a couple tables at a local flee market to git rid of some
high value rare, obscene, hard to git, find, hard to git rid of chit.
Never tawt I'd have to give change off a Lewnie...............................................f:P:2:

Sooooooo, a bad day at the range is way more better'n a good day at the Fleece Markitt.
