So my local range say I need to be a member/with a member, or possess proper insurance. Cssa, NFA....
What I'm wondering now is if I didn't want to be a member of that club could I just join say Silvercore then CSSA and shoot anywhere and have this as my official club membership to satisfy the rpal membership need?

True. The reason I'm asking this is because for me to join I need to do 10 supervised shoots, problem is club days are only Fridays and I work out of town and can't usually get to the range that day so it's gonna take me forever just to get the supervised shoots done. But they have open shoots aslong as you have the proper insurance... incase its not clear, where I live, range and club are two different entities.

The club here has 2 ranges. 1 outdoor and 1 indoor. Outdoor is closed during the winter and the indoor is located in the local gun shop. The gunshop (aslong as you have proper insurance) allows open shoots everyday except Friday which the club has priority. Fridays are not the best for me to shoot so this is kinda why I'm asking my original question.
