I was at the indoor range tonight.
Blasting away with the stainless steel Colt, using .44 Special reloads.
Even though I had some, pretty good groups, I just could NOT keep anything under 2 inch groups.
Lots of shots, on the two inch target dot border, cutting upper and lower edges, then little clustered low, one inch groups, still with in the two inch dot....then the occassional bad (!) hold, put everything at three and five inch, final groups at 20 yards!!!

Not the gun's fault though......my concentration was a lacking for some reason.
I really like this revolver though, a very nice shooter indeed.

Cheers.............:)

Finally got to try a buddy's. YES, they are NICE guns. Wasn't too comfortable with the finger grooved grips on it but the gun itself was a joy to shoot. It would probably be even nicer with a Target load instead of the full H110 load I do for my D.E.

44 Spcl? You can still get those? ;)

For accuracy loads I've had the best luck with 296 or H110 with my Anaconda. They're a little more stout but nothing to get excited about.
