The Rifle:
- 6.5mm Creedmoor
- Trued Remington 700 SS action taken from a new 7mm-08
- 30" Shilen 6.5mm #7 HV barrel, 1:8 twist, muzzle crowned
- Boyd's laminate thumbhole stock, glass bedded, right handed
- Jewell trigger set at 2 lbs
- Sightron 8-32x56 LRMOA Scope mounted with 1 piece Weaver base and Weaver rings

The Round:
- New Hornady 6.5mm Creedmoor brass 1.920" length
- Sierra 123 gr BTHP Match King bullet
- H-4350 powder
- Winchester Large Rifle primers
- OAL = 2.850 inches
- Bullet seated 20 thousands of an inch off lands

Test Conditions:
- Sunny, with high winds gusting to 40-45 km/hr
- Temperature = 20 C
- Target distance = 100 yards
- 5 shot groups starting from 44.0 gr to 45.0 gr H-4350 with 0.2 gr increments

Results:
- The high winds really threw a loop-hole with this new rifle trial.
- The lower weight powder charges were OK (44.0 gr and 44.2 gr).
- Mid-range powder charges of 44.4 gr, 44.6 gr and 44.8 gr opened up too much for my liking.
- At 45.0 gr things tightened up real nice.
- Please keep in mind that the wind was very high and blowing in all various directions
- Later in the day the winds died down and the loads were tried again yielding 45.0 gr H-4350 to be the best.
- No signs of high pressure with the 45.0gr H-4350
