Range report my new Rem 700 Sendero in 300 Ultra

This was the second time out and decided to try some 185gr Berger VLD's to see if the grouping improved . the lower group was the first 3 shot group and I dropped one the second after a slight scope adjustment is the higher and I pulled one again need to turn trigger down a bit . but was much happier with the Berger bullets than the 180 partitions that I shot 2 weeks before distance was 100YRDS.Powder RL 25

I got the same cal and scope but i opted for the 700 w/thumbhole stock...personal preference only.

I almost bought one in the thumb hole to but this came in the local store and he gave me a good trade in value on my used 300 ultra it was a700 LSS . I have a700 thumb hole in a 223 and like it quite a bit.

Ya I'm thinking about getting another one down the road in 223 or 250 maybe...
That Thumbhole Is Some Comfortable Aint it!!!!

It will shoot better....Probably half of that.

Give it some more rounds (for it to break in) and keep playing with the load.
