Range report - recent batch 1895 Guide Gun

One more quicky observation of the new Remlin 1895 guide guns, the description says "deep cut Ballard type rifling".....mine is anything but deep. The groves are very shallow, the lands are wide but barely protruding. Wouldn't a heavy bullet of 45-70 calibre sort of slip over such flat lands and render it inaccurate by not being able to spin fast enough? How is everyone else's rifling looking? Is it how it is supposed to be?

BS.

Yeah Baby! The 45-70 is a do-all boomer within the right distances for given game. Load 'em right and they
can do the biggest game in tight, or target work out to 1000 yds. A very versatile cartridge...and fun.:)
