I have been looking at rangefinders that calculate angle of shot.Bushnell and Swavorski have a holdover in inches, but i am not sure if it calculates the shot angle or just the distance and adds inches as if your shooting flat.Anyone have any knowledge of the holdover calculations of incline and decline?

I looked at the angle cosine rangefinders when I bought my Leica 1200 (which doesn't have that feature but is a damn fine rangefinder IMO).

Basically, the in-reticle HUD shows straight line distance, angle, and corrected distance based on its built in mathematics. It's literally point-and-shoot, then read the "corrected" and dial your normal drop for that distance.

Say you're at 25% downwards. Your straight line distance is "400", and it displays the corrected as "325" (these numbers are made up, so please don't start correcting me on my trigonometry, lol!). You'd just dial your drop for 325 based on your range chart, and voilà!

For wind, you're on your own. ;) Get a Kestrel!
