I have a Lecia CRF900and it works very well. But I like the idea of not carrying binos and a rangfinder, then I can just use a bino harness. So I am looking at the Bushnell fusion, I can get it for 630 bucks shipped to the door. I know it's not Geovids or Zeiss but I have only 50 dollar binos now... So for the dollar do you think it will be decent enough?

I agree with you on this one....the ones that I handled in the store seemed very heavy compared to other binocs or rangefinders, that's the only neg. that I could find. Your price seems excellent!!

That was at Del Selins in BC,...sadly they are all out and I missed out by 1/2 an hour. Next time I should not hesitate! I believe it was store demo clearance.

I wouldn't, because if the rangefinder fails that's a ridiculously heavy and expensive binocular. But it's a very subjective individual decision and I understand the attraction of carrying one piece of equipment instead of two, and not having to switch when you find something with the binos and want to measure the range. If you come down on the side of two tools in one, that price is certainly very tempting. I have a set of Minox binos that I like very much and usually carry, but I have some older Bushnells that, although they aren't as good as my Minox for optical quality, they work well enough.
