Ranges around Calgary

Are there any ranges around the Calgary area that a person can shoot long range (non competitive) out to 500+ yds? Was thinking of the homestead area, but not sure if they are mostly competitive and have waiting lists.

I'm pretty new to firearms in general but I use the free 100 yard Sibbald flat range but there is also a long range membership there too.

Without a membership or a member to take you, nothing that distance.

Sibbald/Homestead public range is about 100m...

No waiting list on the 900m range, but you do have to compete in club matches. There are three new shooter days (May/June/Sept) for those interested in checking out how the sport works without the pressure of a match.
