That's why I'm here. I'm going to buy a bunch of rifles now that I don't need to take 10 minutes and call the government.

I joined up not too long ago because this seems to be the hub of Canadian activity for firearms chatter. I can now have a productive conversation with a seasoned shooter without feeling like a complete idiot. Also realized there's way, WAY more political content to firearms than I ever thought possible. Changed my thinking on voting (although I'm in a entrenched dipper area now).
I wonder how many of those are americans, and how many are people keeping an eye on what's going on here, as opposed to real Canadian gun owners.
Yeah, I'd say we have a nice number (though not huge) of Americans and some Canadians living in the US and abroad. I'd also like to think that we have some Australians and New Zealanders and others.
Of course we have NDP and Lib minions here spying on us and some antigunners (including one pro-registry lady who confessed to our own Huntinstuff (Randy of the famous C-19 SECU Committee) that she saw the futility of the Registry and the wrong ways of Wendy.) She now supports C-19, our first public convert.

Well I'm one of the new-ish members, and while I can't say my decision to join CGN was because of the impending demise of the LGR, that WAS the main issue that decided my vote in the last election and I was confident enough that we would win that I applied for my PAL/RPAL.

So the answer to the question "I wonder how many Americans are on here?" is a few.
Of course there are, heck I married an American. Lots of Americans in Canada and I'm sure a few that like to shoot have found their way to this forum. And probably a few have signed up from stateside as well I'm sure.
