Rapid-Z 1000 , 20 MOA base ??

Good day.

Just did some test loads for my rifle that is topped with a rapid Z 1000 6.5-20 x 50 on a Vanguard.

Maxed out my adjustment for vertical and was still not even close to my mark for the 100 yard mark.

I understand the magnification calibration for the reticle but was just wondering if everybody else has experienced this?I will definitely need a 20MOA base, maybe more.

Zeiss states in the paper work with the scope that the 1000 yd reticle in the 6.5-20x50 MC will require a 20 moa base in order to fully use the range scale.

Also after playing with the calculator on-line it doesn't seem to be the right load for the reticle so I may have to make some changes anyways, like mil-dot reticle maybe.
