I know, most of you will say Zeiss conquest quality can not be compared to bushnell elite 4200. But this is not the question.
The question is, and I need your advices, can we compare rapid-Z reticle to bushnell DOA reticle in term of quality?

the rapid Z reticle is way nicer than the DOA reticle. DOA is way to thick , just look through one and put the reticle over a sign post or something that is approx 100 yards away the DOA reticle will completely hide the post behind it. Even worse at longer ranges.

I have a couple of the Z1000 for 308 and the varmint reticles for 223.

The Z1000 reticle is a bit thicker (The varmint one is finer but only goes to 600 yards for 223) but not like the Bushmaster DOA. It works very well. I've nuked targets at 300m the size of a golf ball using this scope and my 5R. The biggest problem is sighting it in at yards and then going to a range in meters. A bit of quick guestimation and you're back in the game. Very quick it also extends the range of the scope for your rifle by starting with 100 at the top of the reticle. One of the disadvantages of the Conquest is the 1" tube and less MoA adjustment. This reticle takes care of that issue.

I'd recommend it for tactical rifles, varminters, hunters and casual target use.

Oh and with the Conquest the reticle is etched, not a wire. ;)

For serious target use, I'd look at the NF, and Sightron SIII F class/benchrest models.
