I would be pretty surprised if the ATF doesn't decide installing this is converting a gun to full auto.
So what I want to know is... Are these going to be available in Canada??
It's not like a Franklin Armory 10/22 trigger that fires 2 rounds in one squeeze and release of the trigger.. Right?

Canada's definition of full auto and also what constitutes a prohibited device is wildly different from the US. Everyone thinks there is one cool trick, but there isn't.
This would most likely be a prohibited device, because the trigger is "operating" the mechanism by forcing the trigger to reset eliminating one step of a firing cycle. The end result too is that the purpose of the device is to cause the firearm to discharge cartridges in rapid succession, no matter how it arrives at that junction.
