rate of twist and bullet wieght advice needed

Go as light as you want.
It is the other way around that limits you. That is, what is the heaviest bullet that the twist in your rifle will stabalize.
In the example you give, the heaviest may be 100 grains.

It really depends on what muzzle velocity you hope to acheive and what your bbl length is. I'd play around with 80s. 75-85 should be the sweet spot.

Don't invest alot of money in really light bullets until you try them 10" twist is mild, but it could still cause 50-60 grain bullets to disintegrate from too much RPM.

I have pushed the Nosler 70g pretty quick with a WSSM 1/10 twist and have had great results. The yotes on the other hand despise them.

that isnt always true. Cant shoot a 50 grain out of an AR they shoot all over the place.
