Rattle in Beretta Kickoff - is this normal?

Just picked up a new 20ga A400 Xplor Action with Kickoff. Hasn't been fired (apart from 13 shots at the factory, as reported by the Gun Pod). Got it home and now I've noticed there is a significant rattling in the buttstock, and I can feel something moving around in there. My A400 Xtreme does not do this despite also having Kickoff. What could this be? Something loose with the hydraulics? If anyone else has experienced this please let me know. Hopefully it can be fixed - because I think the feeling of something rattling on my cheek every time I shoulder the gun will eventually drive me crazy!
 
Talk to Shane at stoeger Canada he is a great guy to deal with and will help u out as best as possible. I know this from experience with about 4-5 separate issues.... All were rectified to my satisfaction! Great customer service!
