Has anyone spent some serious time with one of the Vortex Razor red-dots?

I'm thinking of picking one up. I've spent a little time playing with one and liked it. I keep coming back and looking again, so that seems like a good sign.

Any hands on experiences?

Which included that Razor 1-6! The Americans keep asking me to sell my short barrel to them.

Really though: I've seen a few forum posts comparing the razor red dot to a Trijicon RMR, but thats it.

Kinda tempted to do a setup like this . . .

Looks good but the Razor on 1x Illuminated so make that redundant, no?? That's why I want the 1-6x. 1x Illum. for quick red dot type sight and then when you need it you have the mag up to 6x.
 
Ahh, I see. I was really thinking maybe you were wanting to add more stuff to your Tavor to get it up to $16k. lol! But on a serious note sell me your Razor. Maybe it's time for a WTB ad. The last one that was for sale on the EE the seller was a flake. After agreeing to a price, he said he changed his mind and was selling it to a buddy.

As you can see, there is an import piece to this puzzle missing. That sweeta$$ bobro mount is crying to have some glass in it

yeahhhh, I kinda like the Razor 1-6 where it is . . .

Pretty hard to fit the Tavor into the Eberlestock with any larger optic. Also: I fought for ages to get that throw lever! :D

Just thinking about the Razor red-dot again as a 45 offset on the Tavor. Zero the red-dot at 25 yards, then zero the 1-6 at 100 yards? Hmmmmmm.
 
Got one, mounted on a pistol at the moment, nice n small, bright dot,on/off is a little awkward to use with gloves or fat fingers! Overall recommended and don't forget excellent vortex warranty.
