Finally got my hands on a gen 1 evo, thanks to fellow cgn'r Chris !
I've tried all the 10/22 tacticool stocks besides the zimmerman, and this is the nicest so far.
Only negative was that I saw a little bit of vertical stringing until I bedded the rear of the reciever into the stock. Typical 10/22 stuff, if you free float the barrel, you have to have the reciever solidly bedded, or a second hold down point on it.
Super happy with this stock though, very clean looking, easy to pull apart for cleaning, solid optic mounting, and the buttstock height is in the perfect relation to the boreline.
It's a keeper
