RCBS 510 Scale arm busted

I tried to straighten a bent arm on a scale I recieved in the mail.

And...it snapped. :roll:

How does one replace or claim against the warranty for this? Any prior experiences I could learn from?

Thanks to you both for the directions and suggestions.

I tell yah, it was one hell of a charge I was weighing when all of a sudden the arm just gave out :| .... :lol: :lol:

You will need to call RCBS to get a return authorization number , so you can send it to OHAUS scale, they will want the whole kit so it can be calibrated, takes about a month from when you send it, nice folks to do business with. :mrgreen:
