RCBS Case Trimmer HELP

Hey just bought a RCBS Trim Pro manual case trimmer the instructions give different number shell holders for different calibers eg: #10 for .223 My problem is it shows for .300RUM a # 38/4 does this mean I need a combination of two different shell holders or what?

As far as I can tell you just need the #38. Unless they are saying a number 4 will work, I think it is for the 300 win mag and such.

they likely mean either/or...
the #38 is preferred but the #4 will work...

Most cases will work with the first number but a few brands may require the other.
