I had a part replaced last month. I filled out this form: http://www.rcbs.com/Help/Customer-Service.aspx, with all the info, and within a couple days had a reply, and the part arrived in a week or two.

I've tried that and I always get this "Please Enter a Valid Zip Code"

AH yes - I remember that (sorry, had forgotten). I filled out the form as accurately as possible, put "04401" as a Zip Code (Maine, but it doesn't matter), and in the comments said something like "Note: the Zipcode entered is incorrect - my Postal Code is..." - that worked. (just a limitation on the form validation)

Sent email early this am. Got a reply 10 min later saying part I need would be shipped today

I have only had to deal with them over a single stage press for a part and I hope to never have again. was a nightmare. now I only buy Dillon

Sent email yesterday got response this morning that replacement part is on the way

Got my warranty part today. An expanding decapping unit. They sent that plus a spare and a bunch of decapping pins. Solid service I'd say

I called them this morning. My 20 year old vibratory cleaner/tumbler motor burned out. I asked if I could buy a replacement motor.

He said, no Sir, but if you can change it out, I will send you one under warrantee for free. Its enroute.

World class customer service.
