Decided to post this. I have one of those rcbs kinectic bullet pullers. The other day I was trying to beat one out (sounds kinda dirty) and the screw cap broke. I had read somewhere that they were indestructable so decided to email rcbs cust service.

Well they said they would send me a new cap for free! Well done rcbs, I will to hesitate to uy more of your product in the future.

Yes they are great as long as it isn't anything with chinese electronics in it. Then it is a 1 year warranty.

Supposedly the charge master will be replaced as well if it breaks.

I broke everything in a sizing die once and they replaced everything for free as well. Very good customer service from them

Rcbs has great service. I had a bent decapping rod that they replaced free of charge. Even threw in a pack of decapping pins to replace the ones broken by the bent rod.

I'm definitely a fan of their gear

Chinese electronics isn't made by RCBS. Hence the warrantee. However, their warrantee is on the kit, not the buyer too. They'll fix or replace anything even if you bought used kit forever.
Busted a de-capping rod long before there was such a thing as E-mail or Internet. Sent 'em a letter asking where I could buy 'em(I was an FNG). They sent me a list of retailers in Canada and a 6 pack of pins. Took about a month.

RCBS customer service has been outstanding for me.

I had like three small parts break on things like dies and a bullet puller and they immediately sent me new parts, expidited shipping, at no charge.

I had a chargemaster combo go crazy on me (very little use at all) after the one year warranty period had expired and they sent me a new one right away, no arguing about me being 3 months or so past the warranty period.

And their stuff is not overpriced.

Why would I buy Lyman dies (for example) at the exact same price as RCBS, when Lyman has only a 1 year warranty, and meanwhile I can buy a 40 year old set of RCBS dies at a garage sale for ten bucks, and have RCBS fully support me with free warranty parts.... forever?

These guys keep reloaders like me coming back again and again.

^^
Similar thing happened to me. Bought an old rockchucker from the early 80's and it had
some bad pitting on the ram. There was a lot of pitting on the top surface where the
shell holder sits, so I figured better safe than sorry. Looked on their website for a part
number but couldn't find it, so I called. Guy had me back off the top nut and give him the
date stamp, and I asked him about how to order one. Instead, he says not to worry about it,
it's covered forever. Got a brand new one in the mail a few weeks later at no cost to me, or
even a request to see the damage. Almost hard to believe nowadays.

They set the benchmark high in customer service. I've dealt with them twice and they are one of the very best if not the best.

A friend had a chargemaster combo go screwy on him so he emailed RCBS, they told him to send a pic of of his unit DESTROYED and they would send him a new one.

He took it out into the back yard and shot it, sent in a pic of the aftermath, and received a new Chargemaster combo in the mail.

Actually, most of the reloading companies honor their equipment failures with free parts. I have had free replacement parts from Lee and Redding personally as well.
