Anybody here have any recommendations on the best way to get in touch with them? I don't have 45 minutes during the work day to spend on hold, and have now sent them 3 emails over the span of 4-5 months and have not had a single response.

I emailed them maybe a month ago about an incorrect part in a bullet feeder die set. They got back to me and sent a replacement no problem. Not that I'd know, but I would have to assume that the issue you're seeing is not the norm?

I used the email form on their website over a month ago to inquire about parts for a hand primer and have not heard a thing yet.

Last time I needed something I called and wasn't on hold too long before I got to speak with someone that could help. It's a pretty big call centre that you first call into.

I tried the email approach and was told no parts were available on this old unit was their return reply.
Called them and had parts sent out after conversing with a real live gent.
Took a bit to git'ear, but they did finally show up.

Find the time to yackitty yack with them.
Take a sick day ffs.
Relowd'in is s'treemly important fur the nawgg'in and releeve's untold stress.

That's weird - I posed a question via their web form in August. I got a very quick answer, and extensive follow-up discussion by email.

I hope your negative experience is a short term 'blip'. My customer service experience with RCBS was exceptional, particularly as I was after parts for a 30 year old rock chucker and I was not a new income source.

A member here sent me a direct email, got the response I was looking for but not quite the answer.

Every experience online when someone has bought their primer pocket swager dies to use with a Lee classic cast, RCBS sent them out the over sized brass stripper free of charge, for me they're asking for payment. Just my luck I guess.

I used their email twice a couple of months ago, they replied within a week on both of my issues.

They sent me parts for my Jr2 press from the 70's and also for some dies that probably date to the 80s. No charge for parts or shipping either time despite the die problem being my fault. I have never experienced anything but excellent service from them.

It sounds like they are possibly having email problems.

I have always phoned, never waited more than a couple of minutes. Part was always in the mail free of charge within a day or so.
