RCBS Customer service

I managed to find the one case with a rock in it . . .

So why try and force the rock through the flash hole.

Imagine if you would have succeeded . . .
 
I have had similar great service from them.
I cracked the lid for my Uniflow Powder Measure, they sent a replacement no charge...can't ask for better than that... I was prepared to pay for.
 
They are great to deal with - About a year ago I broke ( my fault, user f**k up ) my case trimmer - I told them it was my fault and they still sent me a replacement totally free of charge. From that point onwards I made up my mind to only buy RCBS reloading gear from then on.
 
I was miffed because my Chargemaster combo failed. I needed one badly so bought another unit, but decided to see about getting my old out-of-warranty unit repaired... I contacted them and they said, "Send us the unit and $45 and we will fix it"

They replaced it...

The replacement was faulty, (I was QUITE miffed)

so they sent me TWO new replacement units.
My shooting bench looks rather crowded now, but holy cow can I ever load 100 rounds fast!!
