Let the sizer sit for six months or so. I went to lube a few yesterday with a clean die and new lube. Barely no lube is making it to the bullet groove, all of it is flying out the excess port. I thought it might be the old lube blocking the resivoir to the die, so's I done heated it with a space heater till the press res. was warm to the touch for aboot 45min.
Still, no go.
Oh yeah, old and new lube are RCBS green.
Any hep would be appreciated.

What excess port are you referring too! It could be a combo of things, old/hard lube blocking,(heat required) or die adjustment way off and lube not able to flow as lube holes on die don't line up at all with bullet lube grooves.

Thanks for the reply Ben.
The excess port on the right side of the sizer body at bottom lube stick port.
I heated the whole contraption well. Until the lube got good and mushy/runny.
Only, until I plugged off the excess port, did the bullet grooves fill quite evenly and easily.
I e'd RCBS with the prob.. Ill keep you up to speed, and the other folks here. For future ref.
