Does any one know where I can get RCBS parts, specifically the primer seating rods for the hand primer? I tried to order direct from them, but when I put in my address for shipping, it says they can't ship it to Canada. Thanks for any advice!

+1 for calling. Without doubt the absolute best US company I've dealt with customer service wise. I just wish they'd sell a decent lead melting pot again.
Update...I emailed them last night. By 7:30 this morning they replied asking what model hand primer I had. By noon they sent another email telling me they were sending me the part I needed, free of charge. Wow. Super impressed and they will be getting more of my business!
