RCBS Pro 2000 - comments?

Picked up a used Pro 2000 progressive in good condition. Any GunNutz using one?

Comments on any problems or tips appreciated. Anybody use one with a powder lockout die?

I use a different progressive with a lockout die - the die works as advertised. You'll have to clean and de-static the sensor tip so that powder doesn't stick to it.

does it use the APS strips? i have heard many complaints about that.

I use different progressive press and the RCBS lockout die. The die works very well and it is a added safety to indicate no charge or double charge. Highly recommended.

+1 highly recommend it as well.

haven't heard of any issue with the primer strips on a progressive. however occasionally if one gets overbent it hangs up in my manual primer strip tool.
