Hi,
Yesterday, I plugged my rcbs 750 scale.
I always plugged it half a day to give it time to "stabilized".
Today, I tried to calibrate it and I was never able to calibrate the 20g, it indicate "Error".
I deplugged and plugged it 20 times...always the same problem.
I searched about this kind of problem but...nothing except to push on GN and zero button during 5 seconds right after to push scale "On"...

After I made it many times without success, I felt that the "Calibrating" and the "On/off" button won't go in their initial position. It's like the small "sensitive bubble" under the button stay flat...

Is there a reset on the scale?
Did you have that kind of problem ?

Thank you!

They said me it was out of warranty. This model is discontinued...and they said me : "We have reports of customers that have a used a service in Arizona to repair our electronic scales. While this company is not affiliated with RCBS, we have heard positive results from customers sending their scales in for repair. If you choose to go this route, I would recommend contacting them by phone before returning the item for repair to make sure they can repair this particular scale.

I used it for around 1000 rounds since I bought it 5 years ago.
Yes, I know... I don't have much time to "play" since I lost my leg.

I will buy an other...from an other maker.

They can't warranty electronics forever and 5 years is a long time for electronic devices. Its too bad it was discontinued and getting it repaired is probably not worth it when you account for shipping and the US exchange rate. Canadaweigh sells scales including the Gempros that have a good reputation. I used to order them for work and they seemed to last well and had a decent warranty.
