It's fine for basic use but in now way recommended for long range or competition.

The shot to shot weight variance may be significant, so you don't want to get too cozy with a load on the hot side as a heavy shot may put you over the edge.

As long as you run conservative loads it is fine for inside about 300 yards.

Now that I had some time with it..........
What the hell was the designer thinking when he/she/it made so difficult to read the level???
Must have been surrounded by bean counters always saying "too expensive".

If your interest in accuracy is +/- 0.1 grains, beam scales will provide that to you any day as long as those quartz v-blocks are in good shape (I've had one cracked when I dropped a .338LM sizing die on it, a little hairline crack throw out the accuracy by 0.4 grains).

However, they are slow.

Think I'll try gluing an old X-Ato blade on the frame as a leveling pointer. I ground the cutting edge off one yesterday.
