RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme........ KABOOOOOOOM !!!!

I sent them an email asking where i could buy some small decapping pins for my 22-250 dies and this was the response. Still haven't received them yet but it's a good sign. With that being said Lee also sends me free decapping pins when i send them a picture of a broken one.

send them an email, they will likely say take a picture, and then they will send you a new one. their warranty is great.

X2. Send them a picture with your email. They will send part ASAP. They have reat service. Also give vendor information as well as it may help them QC issues.

just the other day i needed the priming parts that go into the priming arm, as i lost mine. sent an email, they said no prob, we will send them out for free. Sent me a whole new priming arm assby! all i needed was the inserts.

Glad to hear others are having great service!

My supreme bent the primer arm and they sent me a new one free of charge. That's some great service imo.

Wait a second here. This is IMPOSSIBLE. RCBS gear never fails according to many. :)

OTOH, from what I've read by others it seems RCBS will quite quickly replace the parts for you. Hope you got done all you needed for a couple of weeks or so. Must have been just a bad casting or alloy mix. Sucks that it happened at all but, these things do happen in any mass manufacturing situation.

I'm sure RCBS will replace that for you.

I have the same press and I have to admit, it has been a solid press for me.

I called RCBS last year and asked the guy if there was anything I could do or which parts to replace to take the sloppiness out of my 1974 Jr. press. He asked me what kind of handle it had on it and said no problem, I will send out some replacement parts free of charge. 3 weeks later I got not only the ram and the linkage arm but a new handle with the ball on the end instead of the bicycle handle style. I couldn't believe how quick and no fuss it was.
