Bought a used one at a local gunshow for a good price couple years ago. A few month later the drum cracks near the mouth.
RCBS, god bless their souls, replace it and no shipping charges.
This weekend I notice leaking water from the seam between the green side plastic and the bottom's black plastic.
Not wanting to wait another month, I tried some rubber cement all along the inside of the bottom/side edge.
Leak has stopped.

Purchased the last one of this rubber cement:

I attribute the leaking to using hot water instead of cold or room temperature causing the different plastic to expand at different rates.

Btw: Drum was stopping it's rotation and I found you can adjust the drum's position against the drive by the screw and nuts that rest on the center point of the drum bottom.
Metallic strip with the adjustment near the orange drive:

Started leaking again. Re-did rubber cement along inside seam.
Would not turn. Found out the Black spoked wheel on front moved towards the opening enough to prevent rotation.
Easy fix to push the black wheel towards the drum.
Aslo, being Canadian, I used hockey tape to cover the drum friction points with the steel gear teeth.
Working quite well at the moment.

Finding it best to use 1 cup of water for about 40 rifle cases to prevent problems with friction.
