RCBS Trim Die question.

As per the RCBS trim die, are the internal trim die dimensions the same as a FL die?

I have one here in 7x57 I'd like to have the neck reamed and use as a bump die like the Redding offerings. I look after the necks with a Lee collet die.

The RCBS file trim dies do not size the neck down the same as a full length sizing die does. As for the rest of the sizing it does, I believe it is the same as a full length sizing die in that regard. This has been my experience with several of these dies in various chamberings.
 
The problem I can see here is that the trim dies would be hardened enough to not be damaged by the file and thus may be too hard to ream the neck area.

I put a email into RCBS tech support on the weekend to see what they say as well. No reply yet.
