RCBS uniflow powder measure, problem solved, thanks

I'm trying to set up my RCBS system. Reading the directions for the powder measure, it tells me to take it apart to remove rust preventative, ok, fine, I'll do that. HOW THE F@@@ DO I DO THAT? I've got the screw out past the threads, but there's a metal thing inside the black wheel part holding it in. I imagine that's the part that sits at the bottom of the chamber where the powder is measured. Do I need to take it apart more? If I can clean it just like this, that's great, but if I need to take it apart further, how?

You have to unscrew both nuts off that threaded rod that have the little numbers on it. This is your adjustment for powder dispensing. After that, tilt the measure upside down and the rod will slide out from the top of the measure. You will likely have to shake it a bit in order for the rod to line up with the hole at the top of that black drum and it will come out.
