Do I just call customer service at 1-800-533-5000? They don't have a support number that I can find. My vibratory cleaner is dead... only used it maybe 6-7 times too :/

Managed to google their warranty conditions... I don't even think this thing is worth sending back as they require... postage will be half of what I paid for it.

Call customer service.RCBS has great service,they generally replace all equipment if there are any problems.

How about a bent decapping/resizing rod? Is that also covered?

RCBS has even been known to cover tooling broken by misuse.Give them a call.

RCBS has outstanding customer service. They will replace stuff you broke by being stupid. {trust me }

Had the same problem with my vibratory case cleaner from RCBS.
I emailed them and ordered a new motor, which came to $ 22 shipping included. I am convinced, that they would have sent the motor for free if my case cleaner would not have been 18 years old already.
Still, $22 is cheap considering it runs like new again.
BTW, it is very easy straight forward to replace the motor.

I've heard that from others too. I've had them replace the balance beam on an old scale that broke when being shipped. All it cost was the shipping there. Good people over at rcbs from anyone I've talked to.

Yeah give them a call, I've had them replace stuff I've broke by my mistake, even decapping stems. They are great.

Got an email from them asking for my address, one will be sent out today.
I am amazed by their service, I sent then a pic of the failure and the next day they ask me for shipping address.
There is no doubt in my mind that I will be sticking with RCBS in the future.
