I never did get that piece I broke on my Rockchucker press. I finally dug it out today and took out the broken part. I got on their site to see where I have to ship it for warranty, and I found THAT ?!?!

Has anybody been talking to them about how this is going to effect their warranty here in Canada ?????
 
They have these guys listed as the Canadain distributors. I emailed the one for Eastern Canada. This would work out very well since I'm in Oakville myself. If I don't get an answer, I'll drop by and have a talk with them.

That has been on there for at least a year. They still ship repair parts (or complete items at times) to Canada directly.
 
I emailed them directly as well to see what's up. When I was out west (last summer), I emailed them, including pictures of the broken part. They said no problem, just send them the part. The problem is, by the time Canada Post gets done raping me for shipping the part back, I might be just as far ahead to forget about the warranty and just buy it new. It's the toggle block that the handle screws into. We'll see what they have to say.

They just shipped me some parts on warranty last week, I'm in Manitoba parts shipped from US.

This is true, I just got a few parts for some dies from them (no charge).
When I asked the guy I was speaking to about not shipping to Canada, because I saw the same thing on their website, he said "that only applied to Quebec, I think" and we both got a chuckle out of that.
Don't bother to phone their Canadian distributer, it'l be a waste of time, as they don't have a clue, and just handle distribution.
 
Yes they will ship to Canada. Call 1-800-533-5000 during business hours. Dont be in a hurry though, I ordered a drop tube and a few other things to complete an rcbs 4x4 press bought used from Epps. It took almost two months! Rcbs marks their stuff as firearms reloading components, so customes holds the orders up at the border.
