Well I managed to bend the stem in my 223 FL sizing die, a crimped primer mixed in with not paying attention I think did it....anyway I emailed RCBS to ask how to buy a new one and they promptly sent me a new stem with some extra pins.

Amazing customer service. I will continue to use and purchase RCBS products for this reason.

And good for you in posting their performance. All too often, we only see the complaints.
