RCMP website glitch

Ive been trying to check the status of my RPAL application at their website. Now for the past week it says they are upgrading security and require you to select 3 questions and choose 3 answers. Ok fine, but when i click submit and continue, it goes nowhere and does nothing. In fact i dont even think its possible to click on the continue button. Anyone else having this issue? Makes the bleepin process even slower.

I just think they are still catching up with the summer rush........ They are about 10 days behind, so I've been advised.

They always seem behind, but what does that have to do with the I.T. Department? I asked if anyone else has this glitch

Are you running any kind of script blocker/anti-popup stuff? That's my first idea.

I had the same issue a while back. Tried from a different computer and it worked fine...

Was working fine on various devices and connections until they started asking to choose security questions and choosing answers. Tried on laptop, ipad, iphone and work computer. Was hoping that someone else ran into this and it just wasnt me.

You have to use Internet Explorer version 8.

^What he said if you are running the newer version of IE theres an option in the settings to run it in compatibility mode with IE 8.

Haha hilarious isn't it, they made their website so it only works with a browser nobody uses, and only an outdated version of that browser... I laughed so hard on the phone when the lady told me that was why I was experiencing problems.
