Every time I try to check the status of my rpal application on line it doesn't work. The main site is fine but when I hit the link to check on my application it "thinks" for 20 or 30 seconds then says " the server stopped responding". This has been going on for about four days. Anyone else having the same problem or is it on my end? Thanks.

Hmmm.. definitely seems to be a problem. As soon as I click "Proceed to Secure Site to check..." it times out.
Sadly I have nothing better to do then obsess over my rpal status. I don't want to call to check because it has been suggested that if you call and bug them too much your application gets put on the back burner. Oh well, I guess I'll have to find something productive to do.

Tell me about it! I was reluctant to check for you as I am sick of seeing "still in progress"
When it was working it always said they have no records of an application with my information, even after they called to interviewed me and my references and took my $80. I get the same problem when I buy on line and try to check tracking numbers, no one ever has record of my numbers but the parcels always show up. It must be me.
i busted their balls once a week, it was the least i could do for putting up so many hoops for me to jump through. My status went to APPROVED on day 28, it don't matter, phone and bug them.. they were always nice to me, they understand that you are waiting for a first time licence.

I called them today for the first time, nice guy but I am more confused now about the process then I was before I called.
You should give them a ring and see what is up with that.
my best advice is wait a resonable time then call them see what is the status
more than 2 months is plenty of time
mine was already on the back burner when i called they said it fell into a black hole , the dog ate it and that it was mistakenlly flushed down the toilet ... no honestly they said they hadnt processed it yet she said she would call back the next day with a new status ( was pending on the site with no explaination) she called me the next day asked a few questions
and said it would be in the mail on ... received it a litle while after ( allow for reg mail shiping)
dont harrass them just make shure you stay polite and are just wondering about how far are they in the process. (dont make it sound like you need it yesterday is what i mean)
