First off, I would like to thank Distributor V for assisting me to resolve my RDB problem even I didn't purchase from his retailer. I finally was able to hit the range today with my RDB. All is well. No ejection/feed and firing issue throughout the 100 rounds I shot.

I didn't get the result I expected in terms of accuracy. My 5 shot groupings at 50 yards, with various factory ammos, were 2.5"-3.25".
I used Independence 556 (55gr), Barnual 223 (62gr), and American Eagle 223 (55gr). I ran out of time and didn't get a chance to use other factory ammos.
My AR15, with less magnification, was able to get 1.0-1.5" groupings!!

RDB owners, what did you do to improve accuracy? What factory ammos give you the best results?

The rails on those guns have been known to come loose.... maybe start there? They generally have a good reputations for 2-3 inches at 100 with factory ammo.

I previously checked the rail screws. They were tight.
Last night, I checked again and they were still tight. Anyhow, I removed them and applied blue Loctite just to be sure.

I wish I could tell you what I'm getting for accuracy but I have mostly just been shooting steel at modest ranges with mine so far. I've only got a fixed 1x optic on mine as well so at even 100 yards it'd be difficult to say how much the group size is the shooter and how much the rifles inherent accuracy.

I installed a rhino guard from lucky Irishman and it did tighten up The groups groups With bulk 55 gr. Accuracy with bulk always varied between manufacturers. Quality ammo grouped tighter but I didn’t keep track of what gr or brand shot better. Replaced the 3-9x40 and put a fixed 3X vortex on and find it groups better shooting off hand. Play with your gas port settings, adjust it up or down and you may find a sweet spot for specific ammo.
The last outing at 50 yards I was getting 1.5-2” groups and have no trouble shooting clays on the berm. Not technical or scientific but it’s what I found.
