Short answer - no.

Longer answer - it MAY (read - probably not) be possible to lengthen the chambers to 3 inch. It is necessary to measure the wall thickness at the front of the chamber and calculate if enough material will remain once the chamber has been lengthened. This requires knowledge of the type of barrel steel used and its various elastic properties. Even if it is possible, the stock of the gun may not be robust enough to withstand the greater recoil forces for any length of time. It is generally a bad idea.

It is never possible to re-chamber a 2 3/4" or 3" gun for 3 1/2" use. The long shell operates at higher pressures than other shells, and the gun must be specifically designed for 3 1/2" use.

Hope this makes sense.
