Re-lining a Mauser Broomhandle to 7.63 mm

relining a broom handle barrel, would be like building a grenade. You would be much better off , cutting of the existing barrel ,and installing a new one.

Both approaches work well. Relining is cheaper and retains the original appearance. Re-barreling is the only way to go if you want to go with 9X19, 9x23 or 9mm Mauser export. Re-barreling also allows short barreled prohibs (Bolos and 3.9" 1920s) to be reclassified as restricted-only. All this can now be done in Canada. PM me for details.
