re-use corrosive Czech 7.62x39 as components

we all know that the Czech 7.62x39 ammo is corrosive.

i've heard that it's the primer that makes it corrosive.

so, if i am able to pull the bullet out from the steel case and reuse the powder for a modern day reloadable brass case with modern day non-corrosive primer, is it doable? is it now non-corrosive?

any danger? change of pressure, etc?

Yes - completely doable. I guess there would be a slight risk of increased pressure due to case capacity differences, but pressure may just as likely be reduced. If you want to do this, safety would dictate that you reduce starting loads by 10% and work up. Braking down cartridges for components can be a real PITA.
 
The bullets are the right diameter for use in a .303 Brit, or so I've heard. I'm not so sure how well they'd work though... The FMJ's that I've pulled from a lot of local .303 Brit surplus were 173gr. and I think the Czech stuff is 123gr.?

If you pull the bullet which are likely sealed to the case, it is going to cause some damage. So you will make a mediocre bullet even worse. Forget about impact pulling. Not going to happen.

Yes, you can reuse the powder, bullet but for the cost nowadays, why not just buy some bulk bullets and go from there.

If just looking for plinking ammo, 5 mins with some soap and water and the problem is resolved.

you could try and put the case in your press and using your seating die force the bullet just a hair lower into the case, this would break the bullet free of the sealent and then you could easily pull it with an inertia bullet puller i would guess (never done this, just a thought)
 
Shooting the ammo with the corrosive primer will not harm your rifle. Just do as has been suggested two or three times here, clean the barrel with hot water and soap after you shoot it.
