Real good scope with some kind of red dot for shotgun

I hunt 90 percent with a shotgun.deer and turkey as well as coyotes. Because of my eyes I need something that has cross hairs as well as some kind of red dot. I tried a vxr but did not like the dot..I see the hog hunters on utube using trigecon scope for running game. We drive deer and coyotes and shoot turkeys sniper style. I am looking for suggestions on a good lighted reticle with a cross hair as back up .this must stand up to magnum loads of slugs and turkey loads.what do you think I need you look at . thanks Dutch

The Trijicon Accupoint TR24 1-4x will do the job nicely. The combination of fibre optic and tritium gives you day and low light illumination without batteries. The only downside is the cost.
