Real world feedback on Athlon Argos BTR Gen 2 6-24x50 scope

Hello, decided on buying the Argos, but as I am super cautious on handing over my money, I would really appreciate feedback from individuals the own and use this specific scope.

Jerry and a few others speak highly of this scope maker.

I do ask only Argos scope owners respond, as there is another thread with lots of opinions that I do appreciate, but my focus is now on the Gen2 Argos.

Ask on the Facebook CRPS group. A number in service and have done very well.

Feedback is also possible on the NRL22 group and other rimfire PRS groups. This is a brutal game for optics.... alot of stuff just doesn't work out.

I love my midas TACs and really like Athlon. That said, I wouldn't venture any lower than a midas TAC in their product line.

What's up with turrets,they look like they were put on by a drunk..lol
I was thinking of getting one of those as well.
To bad they dont have a duplex reticle..ha ha

I personally like a beefier turret, do not like cap covers, and the turrets were very precise feeling not mushy like the Gen1s, and the zero stop is nice as well when you need to get the scope set up for your rifle.
