Agreed, having some idea of what province you are living would help, and a town or city even better.
You have asked such an open ended question it is hard to know where to start.
Dies are available from all brands, so it is up to you to decide what you want to buy; they are all good.
Brass - all good, so whatever you can find to buy. Or even better, buy a couple of boxes of factory and use that brass. I get over 15 loads (that is all that I have shot, so I don't know how many reloads I will get) per case, so that is a lot of shooting.
Bullets - you can buy jacketed from all of the stores, or cast from several different sources (such as Bullet Barn), or cast your own. You can buy moulds from all of the makers, so it depends on what you are trying to do with your rifle.
Powder type will depend on what you are trying to do - shoulder masher or reasonable hunting load, or light practice load, or are you loading for target purposes?

Congrats, you have one of the best big game guns anywhere, powerful, flexible, inexpensive. You my want to contact B. Mitchell who has published a journal on top end reloads for the 45/70, and is very knowledgeable on the 45/70.
The 45/70 is also one of the most cast bullet friendly cartridges out there, and I would encourage you to find some good heavy weight cast bullets, made for big game like the WFN or LFN series of bullets. It is with these types of bullets that one can easily create loads much more effective then any factory loads including Buffalo Bore and Garretts as they are bound by legal psi protection b.s.
For pedestrian velocities you can get away with machine hardcast bullets, with "shipping lube" and simple designs like bevel bases, limited lube grooves, etc. If interested in casting your own, LBT, NEI, and Saeco, RCBS, all provide high quality molds in designs that offer good accuracy and top terminal performance, not ease/speed of production and delivery.
With molds as well as bullets, you get what you pay for, so poke around the net, ask questions, most of all enjoy your 45/70, it's the best cal. out there...

Aww.. you are just setting me up to say you should check out MT Chambers Cast bullets..

Put a want to buy ad here for components, you may find some. Just keep your eye out for stuff. It won't e overnight but you will find it.

I bought stuff from all over the place to get enough. I have a little over 300 cases, about 400 bullets left and 600 primers.. It will keep me busy a little while considering I have put 350-400 through the rifle since last November.

Ben.. you treat me good but I'm still shooting the last 500.. A guy can only take so many 420's at 1700 before he doesn't wanna play anymore. I guess that's where the 340's at 1100 come in... :)

I haven't even loaded any of the 480's yet since the last time because well, the 420's wreck s**t.

Buying hand loading tools and components over the internet can be prohibitively expensive. In most cases, not all, you will pay more for the items once shipping is included. In most provinces, you might save 7% off the taxes by buying out of province but thats about it.
Where I live, near Vernon BC, I would lose money by buying anywhere else than the local gun shop.
Before you start ordering by mail or shipper, check out the total costs first.

Some of you guys kill me

Man I appreciate all the info, and I should have put the city etc.

Those 480s are great in both the .45/70 and the .458. With those bullets, you don't need jacked bullets in either of those cartridges. It wouldn't matter where I lived in Canada, I would still buy Ben's bullets.

I just ordered a pound of powder and 500 primers from SIR/Cabelas since I can't get them locally and figured I would just bite the bullet so to speak and pay the hazmat (dangerous goods or what ever its called) addional shipping fee. They told me no additional shipping charges on that stuff anymore unless its purchased in bulk. So, with a few other odds and ends I bought, they told me the shipping charge is only $12+. I was surprised.
