Rear Sight Axis Locking Pin No.4 Mk1

has anybody one of those or at least has some measurements for one!?.
The piece I mean is no.52 on diagram.

bristle out of a stiff wire brush. grind to a point on one side.

This pin is 0.055" in diameter which is the same as a 1" finishing nail. So just cut one to length and you've got your problem solved.

Seems to me, it's tapered .

I checked and its not 0.055" it's more half the size of that. (perhaps sizes vary?!) and yes, I agree with Grizz, it appears the pin must be tapered a bit.

If your nail is a bit to thick chuck it in a cordless drill and dress it with a fine file while it's spinning.

finally had more time to look into this further, My No4's Savage's pinhole, that is .055" on the money.
The Fazarkerley I recently bought turned out to be around .035. I did make a pin out of a thin key ring. I straightened it out and gradually sanded it down until a (very) snug fit was achieved.

Mine's a Faz, but I don't know the diameter.
